We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind

• You no longer want the product

• You are unhappy with bead choices or the aesthetic outcome

Refunds are only available when a return is approved.
Approved returns are limited to cases where the product is faulty or damaged in an unreasonable manner.
Please note that shipping-related damages are outside of our control and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
