Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue or damage that is not related to shipping, please contact us within 30 business days of delivery with photos.
Once reviewed, we will determine if a return or replacement is appropriate.

Beads, Sets & Custom Details

Items such as basic badge reels, badge reels with beads, and badge reel sets include beads and button covers that are carefully selected by Josie to best match the acrylic design.

Because each item is handcrafted, beads cannot be fully customized by the buyer.
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction regarding bead colors, bead combinations, or design choices, and returns will not be accepted for these reasons.

Custom Requests

If you have a specific idea or preference, please contact us before placing your order to see if accommodations can be made.
Requests submitted after the order is placed may not be possible to fulfill.
